From the heart

A couple of years, I was reading the newspaper and found an article that interested me. What struck me was a picture of the parking spot with all the colors of Virginia Tech Some of them had them embroidered symbols Tech. Picture was beautiful, but the story was sad because seats had been carefully woven by many different volunteers later stitched into blankets and given to the victims of the shooting were still here and families of those who did not. I called the number that was given in the article and decided I wanted to be in this wonderful charity project.

Organization Name is the heart and is the creator and Lois Moore. Lois learned to knit while recovering from surgery. The idea came to see someone point at a coffee shop Starbuck's. Statutes organization has increased by more than a thousand of weavers in the seven years has been around. blankets, chemo caps, socks, and many more knitted and hosiery are given to hospitals and other organizations. People donate son and from time to time the courses are given in a shop in Richmond, Virginia.

I got involved because of the image spaces Tech and was impressed by all these people who came together to create blankets for people who have had to go through this terrible tragedy. Besides, my father died of cancer several years ago and in the midst of chemo, I noticed a basket of different colored caps in it. The center of chemotherapy was a cold and do not feel that people who work there have been especially receptive to my father and he did even said he might have had a hat of my father. I do not want to criticize all the doctors, because I've been around some very good doctors and nurses before, but perhaps sometimes the stress of work may make the people immune to the feelings of the people. This day I also noticed a young woman wearing a beautiful shawl in a beautiful red color and was wondering if someone had done for her. My point is, when the sick or down and every little thing you can do to increase spiirits someones help.

This is what Statutes Moore organization for people. A brightly colored hat can make a child feel better before having to go through a grueling session of chemo therapy. Man homeless on the street corner all drive around pretending not to see perhaps understand a little warmer with a scarf around it. Years ago when my son was a child and had to undergo a three-hour operation treatment reminds me of a good heart to get to him and let him catch as many small toys Teddy, as he wanted to take with him. I remember thinking at the time of a volunteer somewhere patiently sitting there sewing toy for a child like my son may feel a bit more comfortable.
