A Brief History of Crochet
There is some speculation about the origins of crochet. Some believe it began in the Far East, Middle East and countries South America. The reason for this belief is only historians to believe that this is the case.
After all, there seems no evidence of a hook, as Hook's hook. Historians try to explain this discrepancy by saying that the first forms of hooks were formed with one finger bent! I'm not sure I follow with this for a long time.
Crochet has become more popular in 1800 in countries like USA and England. This was because cotton prices have been falling and was easier to produce hook unlike their counterparts in the lace.
Clearly, prices fall, owners of factories forms deemed to make money and this would lead to workers earn very little hook. This has led some workers to a life of prostitution.
In Ireland and France crochet industry was booming. Families of products manufactured or sold for money, mainly in the wealthier middle class. Unfortunately, a good hook has become synonymous with the common people, as he was considered an economic cousin over lace. However, some members of the upper classes resisted the idea. Even Queen Victoria has learned to crochet.
Now we move to the 1900s when teams are being more sustainable materials and arts and crafts are becoming increasingly common. Mothers and daughters spent their free time to design and manufacture a range of objects in the hook. From blankets to place mats.
Today, there are a number of different colored child, cotton, and hooks to help anyone who wants to be a hook of experts learn to do.
There is agreement general agreement that the person must learn first technique is how to make a row of model and be able to perform single-point hook.
1) The equipment you need to start may include:
a. Size G Hook
b. Small scissors
c. Son of De-weight wool in the color you choose
d. Large eye yarn needle
2) Create a node slid on the hook.
3) Now drag the cable hanging from the hook Slipknot. This will create a chain of stitches. Now, carry the cable hook and pass the thread through the hook, then take the rope from the hook.
4) In passing on the first chain stitch allowing the node to be inserted with firmness in the knot of thread. Thus keep the wire in place and not loose. More stringent node easier to create a chain stitch.
5) Insert the hook into the hole on the next point on the string and pass the wire through the center of section 2 of the chain go to the top hook. 2 loops must be created in the hook now.
6) Take the cable back forward and slide the knot between the loops.
7) In the second loop to create another point of the string to an anti-circuit clockwise. This keeps the hook on the screen and allows you to create lines using loops of the above lines.
It should create a point of crochet only in the first loop. Make sure it is set before proceeding to the next cycle and is essential for creating hook on the last point or points do not own.
His work is almost done. Now, cut the excess, but make sure you have 6 inches of wire on the last point of the chain. This allows the hook to drag the higher loop back to the previous loop.
This may seem hard at first try, but as they say, practice makes perfect!
